Protection of criminal victims
During the last 6 months, AWEN has been defending 19 victims of criminal offenses in the District Courts. All cases have experienced crimes of gender-based violence against them and their family members.

GENDER EQUALITY AND YOU: GENDER ANALYSIS OF DIGITALIZATION IN KOSOVO
During February 2024, AWEN was part of the presentation of the report "Gender Equality and You: Gender Analysis of Digitalization in Kosovo" by the Women's Network in Kosovo.
This report aims to support the Government, the institutions and the European Union, by providing a gender analysis which is necessary in the integration of the gender perspective within public policies.
The gender analysis by RRGK also aims to provide civil society with findings and alternatives that can serve as a basis for advocacy towards a more gender-responsive EU membership process.
International Women's Rights Day
AWEN was part of the protest organized on March 8 on International Women's Rights Day against social injustices and inequalities.
