POLITICAL REPRESENTATION IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL AFTER THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 50/50 GENDER QUOTA WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE GENDER GAP?

This study sheds light on gender equality in municipal councils beyond numerical achievements: how the gender gap has changed in terms of the engagement of councilors in discussions related to the quality of governance and local services, how the councilors themselves explain the changes that have occurred over time.
